The Ultimate Sydney Residential and Strata Plumber

Our Story

Founded in 2010 by Nic Jaffray, NKJ Plumbing quickly expanded from a one-man band to a substantial team of highly competent and professional Sydney residential and strata plumbers.

Nic had the good sense to perfect his trade before he started his own business.

He has over 25 years industry experience.

It’s this experience and his leadership skills that have allowed him to build a company he is extremely proud of.

Nic’s philosophy on customer satisfaction is quite simple – get the job done right the first time.

He has instilled this attitude in all his team members.

The result?

They rarely if ever get called back to fix a job that they’ve completed.

The team at NKJ plumbing are friendly, reliable, and down to earth. They’re very approachable and not afraid of getting dirty when needed to get the job done.

However, NKJ Plumbing don’t rely on manpower alone. They also ensure that all their vehicles are fully kitted out with all the parts and the equipment needed to complete almost any kind of job. They have multiple jetters, CCTV and other locating equipment along with excavation machinery.

Who We Work With

NKJ Plumbing provide plumbing services to domestic and residential clients, real estate agents, commercial and multi-level strata clients.

They really can help just about anyone with plumbing needs or issues.

How we ensure customer satisfaction

Apart from making sure that the job is done properly the first time, NKJ Plumbing’s prices are affordable and reasonable. They will always work to find the most budget friendly solution for clients.

The team is proactive, pointing out issues that the client may not have noticed, so that they don’t snowball and become expensive emergencies in the future.

They’re also extremely reliable. If they say they’ll show up, then you can be sure that they will.

And if it’s an emergency they’ll put their skates on and be there ASAP.

Has it paid off?

You bet it has.

By doing the simple things really well, NKJ Plumbing have clients who have been using their services for over 15 years. And there’s no greater compliment or recommendation than repeat business.
